These three dimensions are what organizations need most — and what AI cannot provide. The Trifecta teaches leaders how to strengthen all three while adopting AI ethically, sustainably, and in service of the humans doing the work.

The three of us spent the last year inside the GSC AI Mastermind — learning, experimenting, and pressure-testing ideas together. We didn't plan a collaboration. We discovered one. The Essence Trifecta is what happened when three practitioners with different expertise realized they were circling the same essential question: what do humans need to stay human in the age of AI?

6–8 week virtual cohort. Weekly 90-minute sessions combining teaching, facilitated dialogue, real-world application, and peer learning.
